The Dedham Junior Women’s Club offers several events each year to enhance the community and support the ongoing work of the Club. Events include:
- The Dedham Junior Women’s Club Craft Fair held at the Dedham Middle School in mid-November is our most important fundraiser of the year. A great deal of effort goes into selecting high quality crafters and creating a fun shopping experience for the many patrons who look forward to this event each year. All funds raised at this event are donated back to the community.
- The Mother’s Day Tea held at the Allin Church in May is a very popular and beautiful event. Tea and assorted beverages, finger sandwiches and desserts are served followed by a basket raffle. All profits realized are donated to the Club’s general fund to be distributed to worthy community causes.
- The Summer Concert Series at the Endicott Estate was established by the Dedham Junior Women’s Club in 1986. We have been coordinating it ever since — much to the delight of Dedham residents. We strive to bring a wide variety of high quality music to the series to appeal to many different musical tastes. Concerts are held on the lawn of the Endicott Estate on Wednesday nights in late June and throughout July starting at 7 pm.
- Breakfast with Santa is held each December at the Dedham Community House. This lovely event features a delightful array of breakfast goodies, a visit with Santa and a child’s holiday craft.
